I got a mattress from this company since it was the lowest price I could discover for the one I was after. They offered free delivery the next business day, which was awesome. I made the order around 11 in the morning yesterday, and the mattress showed up just before 10 this morning. Fantastic service, I'd definitely use them again.

I got in touch with James, who quickly arranged for the damaged pieces to be picked up and replaced in just a few days. Their customer service is top-notch...when you call, they actually pick up the phone and are friendly and super helpful, which is often hard to find these days with online shops. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone.

From start to finish, the service was top-notch. They kept me in the loop from my first question all the way to delivery. We got ourselves a grey Nevada double bed along with a memory foam mattress. The bed frame was super popular, but they checked the stock quickly, and we jumped on it as soon as it was available. I let the kids handle the assembly, so I can't say how simple it was, but I reckon it couldn't have been too tricky since there were no fights over it :-) The delivery folks were great too, showing up on time and with everything in perfect shape. Great company to work with, the quickest furniture delivery I've ever had! They provide personal service, with real phone calls to chat about delivery instead of just automated messages, and the staff are super friendly and helpful. I'm really happy with the bunk beds; they're sturdy, look fantastic, and putting them together was pretty easy, though it did take a bit of time since it's a large piece! My kids are over the moon, and I am too, especially since this was the best price I found.
